The space
Our architecturally designed family home is crafted for the perfect blend of style and functionality. This residence is tailored for family living, and the heart of the home lies in the expansive open plan kitchen, living, and dining area. indoor and outdoor dining tables accommodating up to 10 and a generously sized kitchen bench seating area, there's ample space for shared meals and quality time.

The kitchen is a culinary dream, equipped with top-of-the-range European appliances, providing a delightful space for cooking enthusiasts. If you prefer dining al fresco, step into our outdoor haven, complete with a gas BBQ, shaded outdoor lounge, and dining area—an ideal retreat for enjoying the sunshine.

The spacious living room features a large sofa comfortably seating 8+, facing a wall-mounted 65-inch TV, perfect for relaxation and entertainment. For outdoor fun, the back garden, with its flat grassed area, heated 9m swimming pool and large trampoline, is ideal for family activities.

Upstairs, discover four generously sized bedrooms. The master suite boasts a king bed, a spacious walk in wardrobe, and a luxurious en-suite with an indulgent shower and large bath. Two other rooms feature queen beds, while the fourth offers a cozy double bed. Downstairs, a fifth bedroom awaits with a king single and a convenient king trundle, available for bookings exceeding 8 guests.

No shoes inside
No food/ drinks upstairs pleas
No food or drinks around the sofa - cream fabric means it is likely to stain if dirtied
No smoking in the house
If you are outside in the evening, please keep noise to a reasonable level. Most houses nearby have small children who go to bed early.
We have strict no party /event policy.
Please don’t ride the rocking horse.
