It's on a quiet street and only 285 metres / 3 mins walk to the closest bus stop and the popular Norton street where you'll find all the restaurants, cafes, bakery, shopping plaza, supermarkets, cinema, pub, gym, chemist's, Italian Forum and theatre etc. With great accesses to buses/trains, it's only a 10 - 15 mins bus ride/drive to the city. The train station - Petersham is 1.2km away. This freshly painted ground floor 2 bedroom unit has an open plan kitchen, combined living/dining that opens to a balcony. With 6 windows on 3 sides of this unit, it has generous light throughout the space. An off street car space is also available and conveniently located right outside your apartment.
