Ground floor entry is up a few steps. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One has a king bed, a small desk, doors open to the side pathway and a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom is smaller and has a double bed. The wardrobe for this bedroom is just outside the bedroom door in the laundry area.
The laundry area is fully equipped and has an iron, ironing board, washing machine and dryer. The family bathroom has a large bath (spa feature does not work) with a shower over the bath. An under stair cupboard is left empty for guests to store suitcases and other items while staying.
Stairs to the right of the front door lead up to the next level, which is entirely open from the front of the house to the back of the garden. A relaxing lounge area has comfortable seating, and a gas fireplace turned on with the flick of a switch. The room flows through to a stunning open plan kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and wine fridge. Seating for six on either side of the 4m bench continues to bi-fold doors to the decked courtyard and BBQ.
Upstairs on the top floor is an adults' retreat. The king-sized bedroom has high ceilings and a ceiling fan, a large walk-in robe, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a large sun-drenched terrace with day beds and Coach bean bags.
WiFi is not guaranteed. This is a service offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge for this service, we will attempt to fix issues as they arise but cannot be held accountable.
Linen is provided and essential items including some cleaning products, soap and toilet paper... The guests' responsibility is to purchase their supplies once they have run out.
Please bring your beach towels.
Pets are not permitted but are not allowed in bedrooms.
Parking is free of charge and untimed on the street. House has interior and exterior stairs and does not have wheelchair access. This property is strictly non-smoking.
