Positive: Location - quiet, private setting.

Negative: Promotional information did not adequately describe potential access issues. The issues were:- Small, difficult parking space on street; Walkway to cottage was a series of long gravel steps; Internal steps in cottage from one room to another (including from bedroom to bathroom); No railings at steps; Shower over steep sided bath. These factors are a consideration for older people or those with mobility issues. Flat, uncomfortable pillows. Inadequate lighting at bathroom mirror. Dishwasher had a strong smell. Screen door fell off the first time we opened it.

Summary: Potentially a nice cottage, but needed improved maintenance. Access issues were a problem.
