A beautiful cabin with ocean views set in a popular caravan park. Offering 2 bedrooms for up to 4 guests, this cabin provides a great place for family to enjoy a relaxing time close to the beach in Apollo Bay. With access to park facilities such as pool, adventure playground, communal bbq areas/fire pits, pump track, kids games room & wifi.

A stunning cabin with 2 bedrooms offering a balcony to sit, relax and soak in the views of the ocean which is only a short stroll away. Comprising an open plan design, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals during your stay, with cutlery/crockery, pots and pans, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, tea/coffee facilities (nespresso coffee maker), sandwich press, air fryer and blender. Guests are required to bring their own food to cook and enjoy.
The living area is comfortable with a split system heating/ac unit and overlooks the balcony and has a television, DVD player and offers plenty of books and games for the family to enjoy.
There are 2 bedrooms, the master has a queen bed and the second bedroom offers queen bed. There is a central bathroom servicing the bedrooms and a washing machine only (dryer onsite at park laundry).
Situated in the popular Caravan Park, as a guest of the cabin you can make the most of the shared park facilities which include: Adventure playground for the kids, pool, games room, the communal fire pit, camp kitchens, BBQ facilities, pump track for scooters, free wifi as well as seasonal park activities that may include kids club, yoga, movie nights and more.
There is parking for 1 car at the cabin.

Guests have exclusive access to the cabin. The grounds and cartavan park facilities are shared with other guests staying.
LINEN SUPPLIED We supply: sheets, pillow cases and towels for each guest. However it is important to note that beds will not be made upon your arrival and you will need to make the beds yourselves prior to sleeping. By supplying linen we are able to keep the tariff and additional charges low by keeping rates you pay to a minimum - however if you wish to have beds made up on your arrival there will be an additional fee for our cleaners to do this. Please confirm if you would like beds made up before you arrive. We also supply bath mats, hand towels and tea towels
As we take pride in keeping our property clean we kindly request dirty and sandy shoes be left outside & not worn indoors (shoe rack provided)
No sandy clothes or towels to be washed in washing machine (can be washed in parks laundry)

BOND/REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT FEE: Please note the bond is held as a pre-authorisation on your credit card, this is taken within 24 hours of your arrival and held until 3 days post stay. We require that the bond is simply an amount we "hold" on your card. If there are issues or damages, we will contact you post stay to discuss with a view to resolving before the hold is released.
The booking price displayed for online bookings includes a processing fee of 3% per booking.
If a refund or cancellation takes place, please note the refunded amount will not include the 3% processing fee as this will be retained by Otway Retreats to cover the original transaction.
If your check in date is within 60 days a 100% payment is required.
If your check in date is over 60 days then a payment of 50% is required to secure your booking and the remaining 50% will be charged to your card on file 30 days before your check in day.

Check-in time is 3:00pm on the day of arrival and check out is 10:00am unless specified and agreed otherwise.
Early Check-ins and Late checkouts are subject to availability and incur additional fees of $50.00 per hour.
Please respect the privacy of our local community and neighbours. If a guest's behaviour or noise level is unreasonable, a warning will be given and ignoring this will result in the cancellation of the booking without refund. Strictly no parties or events allowed.
This property is non-smoking, failure to comply will result in a minimum $200 fine.
Guests are expected to leave the property in a neat and tidy manner on departure. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is not left in a presentable condition.
