“Lenny's Lodge” is a delightful single-storey family home in Cowes. The Cowes boat ramp and supermarkets, restaurants & cafés are a mere 5 minute drive. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
There is an open plan kitchen / dining / living room (with TV, chromecast and lots of board games), leading on to the covered outdoor deck. The master bedroom has a TV with chromecast and also contains a walk-through robe and en-suite (with shower & toilet). Bedroom two also has a TV with chromecast and BIR. Bedroom three has BIR, plus there is a bathroom (with freestanding bath, shower & vanity) and a separate toilet. There is also a fully appointed laundry (with washing machine & dryer).
Outdoor Areas
The covered rear deck (with 8-seater outdoor table & gas BBQ) is a delightful spot to enjoy the fully enclosed yard which is perfect for kids and/or pets and there's even a trampoline for the kids to enjoy. There is ample parking for up to 4 vehicles (cars &/or boats); 3 in the tandem carport & another in the driveway.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, a coffee machine (using coffee grounds), toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There is a wall mounted reverse cycle heating & cooling air-conditioning unit in the main living area, as well as ceiling fans in bedrooms 1 and 2. In addition, there are three mobile heaters and one pedastal fan that can be used where needed, plus electric blankets on the two Queen beds in bedrooms 1 and 2.

Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
