Lawlers apartments have been a long-standing favourite with groups and families for many years due to their proximity to the centre of the Hotham Village, chair lifts, shuttle bus, restaurants and bars that Hotham has to offer.
Lawlers 40 is a large apartment over two levels that offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and extensive 270-degree views across the Village, Summit and the mountains beyond.
This 4-bedroom apartment has a queen bed with ensuite with and spa bath, a queen bedroom with one set of 2 single bunks, bedroom 3 has 2 sets of 2 single bunks and bedroom 4 has a double and 3 singles.
There is a large drying room, well-equipped kitchen with new large gas/electric stove, microwave, 2 x 500litre fridges, dishwasher, plus there is a washing machine, dryer, TV, video and CD system. The main living area has lounge seating for 15 as well as a large dining table with surround seating. All bedding and linen is included and there are also three oversnow trips included in and out.

Check-in Information: Once you have received your check-in text message and property code please proceed to the Corral Day Carpark and contact Mt Hotham Accommodation to organise oversnow luggage transport. Once you have dropped your luggage at your property you will need to move your vehicle to the Lawlers car park, behind the Lawlers building.
If you arrive prior to the arrival time of 4pm we are unable to hold any luggage. If the apartment is ready when you arrive at Mt Hotham, we will happily allow you to enter the apartment. You will be advised once the apartment is ready.
