-The property can fit 9 overnight guests, but two guests will have to sleep on the 2 separate couches in the living room. You will be charged $50 per guest over 7 guests. This will cover the extra blankets and pillow costs.

House Rules (Please read carefully)
1. Please only lock the top lock of the main door with keys when leaving. And please make sure to check that the bottom lock is unlocked before closing the door. Elaborated on the 'KEY INFORMATION' sheet next to the main door.
2. Loss of keys/ garage door remote replacement cost. $15 for each key and $120 for the garage door remote.
3. If there is a loss of keys or you are locked out of the house, a $100 callout fee will be charged if it happens between 7 am-10 pm. $150 callout fee for times between 10 pm-7 am.
4. No smoking allowed inside the house. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly when smoking outside the house.
5. Cleaning- Please try to leave the Airbnb in the same condition it was when checking in. Please wash the dishes and leave them in the drying rack to be sorted into their designated areas. Please leave used towels on the bathroom floor. Unfortunately, the cleaning fee only covers the vacuuming, mopping and washing of linen at the end of your stay.
6. Please check and turn off the aircon, lights, TV, gas stove, and oven at the time of your check-out.
7. Please be courteous of our neighbours and everyone around. Please treat the home as if it's your home. Please be aware of ongoing COVID-19 restrictions. Not available for quarantine purposes.
8. Please ask the host if anything is needed.
