Relaxin' Lakeside is only available school holidays.
Lake Munmorah is approx. 50 mins from the start of the M1 (Sydney) & approx. 40 mins from Newcastle. It is a quiet coastal suburb at the top end of the Central Coast.
Relaxin' Lakeside is a large modern house that will accommodate 2 families comfortably.
On one side of the house you will find 30 metres of lawn that takes you straight to the waters edge. On the other side of the house you have a fully fenced solar heated in-ground magnesium pool and BBQ area.
You will find plenty of play equipment ... trampoline, swing set, play forte, & plenty of reserve for the kids to run around & a path along the water’s edge to go for a walk or bike ride, you will find 2 parks along the pathway.
Bring your own boat or use our dingy... bring your fishing rods for a couple of hours relaxing out on the water. If you bring your own boat, you will find the boat ramp at the start of our street and a buoy you can tie your boat to straight out the front of the house.
Lake Munmorah is a great/safe lake for skiing, sailing & kayaking.
When you have finished with the lake, enjoy relaxing in the comfort of the heated in ground pool or watch one of the hundreds of movies we have.. you will also find, board games, cards, colouring in and books for all ages.
Relaxin' Lakeside is the perfect place for a quiet getaway with family & friends... Lake Munmorah is a quiet residential area so I do ask that you only request a booking if you are also wanting peace and quiet, if you are wanting to party this is NOT the house for you as the neighbours will not appreciate the disturbance of loud music, and partying.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT CHILDREN AND ELDERLY LIVE IN THE SURROUNDING HOMES, IF I HAVE COMPLAINTS ABOUT NOISE, YOU WILL BE GIVEN ONE WARNING THEN ASKED TO LEAVE WITHIN THE HOUR WHICH WILL ALSO RESULT IN NO REFUND FOR THE REMAINING DAYS & BOND.......PLEASE BE THOUGHTFUL OF THE NEIGHBOURS. PLEASE KEEP NOISE LOW FROM 9PM.
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT IT IS A REQUIREMENT THAT THE HOUSE & YARD IS LEFT CLEAN & TIDY AND ALL FURNITURE ETC. THAT YOU MAY MOVE MUST BE PUT BACK WHERE IT CAME FROM. The kitchen must be left in the same clean and tidy state it is in when you arrive. Please empty bins.
The driveway accommodates 4 cars , please use our driveway, no parking on the neighbours front lawns.
