- Park vehicles in our driveway and in front of our house, DO NOT park vehicles across other driveways in the street
- NO Smoking on the property (inside or outside)
- NO Pets allowed
- Be mindful of little ones, as access to the lake has no safety fence
- When multiple guests are staying, please keep hot water usage to a minimum
- Ensure the BBQ is cleaned to the standard that you found it in
- Respect use of provided golf putters and golf balls
- Remove all rubbish from the house and into the correct bins provided in the front yard, please recycle correctly and compact all cardboard and boxes
- If life jackets and kayaks are used, they are to be rinsed down at the end of every day
- Be mindful and respectful of neighbours in the street
