This relaxing holiday home is the perfect oasis away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Come and enjoy this holiday home set next to a tropical nature reserve 100 meters from the waters edge of the lake at North Avoca.
North Avoca Beach is positioned between Avoca and Terrigal Beaches and offers the ultimate in surfing conditions and the ideal location for a beach walk as well as just a 5 minute drive to Terrigal.
A short distance away is Terrigal Beach, one of the best known beaches on the NSW Central Coast. Terrigal Beach is a cosmopolitan seaside town with magnificent pine trees, alfresco dining and a shopping strip of boutique stores. Terrigal beach is patrolled by surf rescue teams all year round, so provides a safe swimming environment for young families. "The Haven" is Terrigal's small harbour and is a popular place to dive.
The house will be exclusively yours for the duration of your stay and is perfect for families and friends who want to enjoy a vacation in this stunning coastal enclave. The house is located in a beautiful nature reserve, situated next to one of the most picturesque waterways in the area. There is no lawn surrounding the house but just natural bush. As you are so close to North Avoca Beach you have ample space to relax in an outdoor setting a short distance away. If you want manicured lawns this is not the place for you. You can enjoy the peaceful bush setting with lake views from the back deck area adjoining the home (pictures included). The design of this eclectic and unique home is based on the Beachcomber houses of the 1970's with large windows, great layout and wooden ceiling beams. The house has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and separate toilet and downstairs laundry with undercover washing line.
The bedding configuration is as follows:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Double bed
Bedroom 3: 2 x single beds
We do not allow pets to stay with guests due to past bad experiences with barking and damage to property but in case you are allergic we do have a family short haired dog stay sometimes.
