10 guests 8 beds, 6 singles 1 DB and 1 QB Additional floor mattresses or porter cot for kids can be provided on request, but must be requested at booking time.

The house is very spacious, and a great indoor/outdoor feel with the bifold doors opening up to the view of the lake across the road. The perfect place to relax.
Fire pit and festoon-lit backyard if it gets a little cold.
Guest access
We have a key on site for you to access the property even if it is late at night. If you are intending to arrive late let us know and we will turn an outdoor light on for you. The house has 4 bedrooms, total of 7 beds and additional mattresses or porter cot can be provided on request. (must be requested on booking.)

It's 15 minutes from Norah Head Rockpool and the lighthouse
Rock pool is great for small children and there's a cafe there. Budgewoi is 7 mins drive and has a great fish and chip shop on the lake. The house has smart light so we can turn outdoor light on for you wirelessly if you are planning to arrive late.
