Located on Ballarat Road with a bus stop at the door, close to Highpoint, Victoria University, and Footscray Hospital. Each bedroom has a comfy queen bed and block-out curtains. Enjoy a sunlit open living area with Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and zoned heating/cooling in every room. Includes one bathroom, separate laundry, free parking for 3 cars, and a spacious backyard.
Each bedroom has a queen bed and block-out curtains for restful sleep. The living area is filled with natural light and opens to a modern kitchen with new appliances. There’s one bathroom (bathtub not available), plus a 2-in-1 washer/dryer. A sofa bed can be set up on request. Please note: there are 3 steps at the front and rear entrances.
Please note there are three steps at both the front and back entrances, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or those travelling with strollers or heavy luggage.
A refundable security deposit of A$350 is required before check-in, and access details will be provided once this is received. For safety reasons, we may request ID from all guests prior to arrival.
The home is set up with 3 queen beds (sleeps 6). Extra linen for the sofa bed is available for A$45 – please let us know at least a day in advance if needed.
We kindly ask guests to keep noise low after 9pm and to be respectful of our neighbours. Strictly no parties – breaches may be reported to the on-site manager.
Please note basic condiments like oil, salt, and pepper are not provided.
Booking changes:
You're welcome to extend your stay (subject to availability) with no rebooking fee, as long as the stay isn’t shortened. Other changes may incur a small fee depending on how close they are to check-in. Once your stay begins, changes aren’t allowed.

- We can prepare sofa beds upon requested at an extra cost of $45 ; Extra linen can be provided upon request at an additional cost of $45.
- Always take the property key and fob with you. Emergency key delivery charges start at AU$180. In the event of a lost key or keys not returned to the lockbox, a call-out fee starting from AU$350 will apply. Emergency locksmiths are the guest's responsibility, with fees starting at AU$180.
- Upon check-out, please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
- Guests will be responsible for covering the cost of any damages or breakages, as well as any additional cleaning required beyond the standard service.
