Kira's holiday house is an air conditioned three bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Spencer Park. Conveniently located close to Albany Hospital and a shopping center.
A short 3 minute drive to Albany CBD or 5 minute drive to Middleton Beach.
Pet friendly (fees apply), with a fully enclosed backyard that has a covered patio with bbq and outdoor setting.
We are currently using recommended Covid-19 recommendations from the Health Dept including contactless check in procedures. Details will be provided once your booking is confirmed
The house is spacious and recently renovated with modern appliances. The enclosed backyard is a fabulous area for the kids to play in.

Kiras holiday house welcomes guests with pets.
Pet Fee: $15 per night for 1 dog or $20 per night for 2 dogs.
To keep everyone around you happy however we do have several requirements that need to be met and adhered to.
Please note: Biting or aggressive dogs are not allowed regardless of Muzzle guard or cage.
-Pet must be fully trained and restrained by guest.
-Pet must comply with local registration requirements
-Dogs may not be left unattended in the accommodation
-Carriers/cages are recommended for cats
-Leads & collars must be brought
-In public areas leads and /or muzzles are to be used where appropriate and/or required by law.
-Pets are not allowed to be on furniture or beds at any time.
-Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure neighbours are not inconvenienced.
-Guests are financially responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet.
-Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on Kiras property and in the neighbourhood. Dispose of in the outside garbage receptacles
-Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kiras holiday house, its owners and operators from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the Guest’s pet.
-Kiras holiday house reserves the right to charge guest’s account commensurate to the cost of such damages.
