As you drive in the gates you'll go past the first smaller residence on the property, this is separate to the main house. The driveway is common space. Guests can use the large 2 storey main house and outdoors area, the smaller house to the front of the property is private, there is a clear separation of palm trees and hedges for privacy.
Other things to note:
There is ample parking for 3 cars or a boat in secure fenced grounds. There is a small friendly dog and cat, who love a pat, and do need the gates closed at all times so they don’t wander off. Cable Beach, clubs, pubs, bars, restaurants and day spas are all in 5 minutes walking distance.
