Upstairs contains the master bedroom with ensuite and separate toilet. The upstairs kitchenette has a microwave, kettle, toaster and a bar fridge, it affords privacy from the rest of the house for that early morning coffee or evening drink. The 3 seater sofa bed is a great place to kick back and enjoy the view, as is the balcony with bar style seating for 6. From the upstairs bedroom, living area and balcony, guests can check the surf and enjoy uninterrupted views of perfect sunsets over the Margaret River coast. Thoughtful design ensures that guests enjoy a comfortable beachside holiday. Linen and towels are provided. Outside pets are welcome by arrangement (fee applies) , and the outdoor area is fully fenced. The living spaces upstairs and downstairs are equipped with split system air conditioning for both heating in winter and cooling in summer. There is also a slow combustion wood heater at the property. Firewood is available for a fee via prior arrangement. The whole house and yard is available for guest use. If you would prefer not to drive, there is a reliable local taxi service available. Fares are approximately $30 into town. There are also many quality tour providers in the region, including wine and brewery tours, surf lessons, abseiling adventures and everything in between. For those wanting to stay off the roads... The Gnarabup/Prevelly area has excellent cycle and footpath access and visitors can easily fill their itinerary with activities such as surfing, canoeing, stand up paddle boarding and cycling without driving. Gnarabup reserve is a beautiful area across the road from Kilifi with space to kick the footy and a playground for the little and big kids. "The Common" Bar and Restaurant are just the other side of the reserve and "The White Elephant" Cafe is located at Gnarabup beach, a short walk from Kilifi. Both these venues serve delicious food and The Common has a great selection of craft beers, a carefully selected wine list and delicious cocktails. Caretaker Accomodation is on site in a separate building at the rear of the property. Kilifi House and The Loft afford privacy from caretakers through thoughtful design, private entries and private outdoor areas.
