Positive: Competent as well as helpful staff

Negative: But I cann’t share the enthusiastic comments posted by some guests.This is certainly not a 5-star hotel ( see also luxury hotels website), this is just a modest decent lodge whose rating should be downgraded.Some of the comments are absolutely unjustified:the rooms are not “enormous”, the pool is a little larger that a bathtub and the breakfast is nothing to write home about.How is it possible to rate it as “the best location” in the country?Again,nothing to say about the staff whose I do confirm the competent , friendly and professional behaviour, but they should be honest enough not to rate it a 5-star accomodation.
