It is located in a quiet residential area with permanent neighbours in close proximity, so is not suitable for occasions such as bucks parties, 21st or weddings more perfectly suited to families and those looking for a retreat venue.
Open plan kitchen with a french press for making coffee, dining and loungeroom with the added benefit of reverse cycle airconditioning for summer and a slow combustion fire for winter.
Parents retreat in mezzanine level with bedroom, sitting area/tv room and bathroom.
At street entry level there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub, shower and separate toilet.
There is a pool table downstairs on the ground floor with an additional two bedrooms and bathroom and laundry which also has a second fridge.
On the undercover rear deck is a gas bbq and outdoor table setting to watch the surf or look out for the local kangaroos coming to visit in rear bush reserve.
Small fenced rear yard for a pet. Please no pets inside.
Outdoor shower for rinsing of after the beach.
Convenient walk to Inyadda Beach.
Bendalong General Store / The Hub Cafe and The Deli at Cunjurong Point Store only two minutes by car.
Tennis courts, skate park, basketball courts and a soccer field at Manyana also but you do need to bring your own equipment.
