This beautifully designed house is nestled in historic Sandy Bay, and has been labelled as an urban retreat in the inner city it is the perfect base to explore Hobart and beyond.
The main living/dining area is spacious, sunny & light filled and open plan, with access directly onto a private outside deck with the stunning River Derwent view!
Three bedrooms and open plan living has been designed to take advantage of the northerly aspect and breathtaking views towards the Tasman Bridge & River Derwent, And an additional private single bed bedroom can be used if have more people. There are two bathrooms upstairs and one toilet downstairs. Port-a-cot and highchair can be provided on request.
The light filled open plan kitchen and dining / living space, set on the main entry level, boasts gorgeous water views of the River Derwent. A premium massage chair in the living room that will refresh yourself when you fill tired of traveling.
