Horizons Escape is set amongst the trees overlooking Horizons Golf Course, the championship par 72, 18-hole golf course designed by Graham Marsh and Ross Watson. Here, you get to be away from the crowds, yet just 10 minutes by car to Port Stephens beautiful beaches and Nelson Bay's boutique shops, restaurants and marina. This stylish villa is also just over 2km to the Salamander Bay Shopping Centre.
Horizons Escape, Villa 136 blends seamlessly with the surrounding nature, offering a home away from home. Relax in the shade of the trees under the roofed pergola with privacy screens, a stone outdoor setting and plenty of seating. Watch the sunset, listen to the birds and look out for local kangaroos and kookaburras. With attention given to comfort and style, this villa is perfect for 2 couples, 4 singles or a family for a relaxing short break, golfing getaway or family holiday.
The main open plan living area offers golf course views and is air-conditioned with a lounge, free Wifi, Smart TV with Netflix and a sound bar, plus a dining area and modern kitchen with breakfast bar, filtered water tap, dishwasher, microwave/convection oven/griller, cooktop and full fridge.
There are 2 bedrooms, each with remote control ceiling fans and their own private, architecturally designed courtyard. The main bedroom has a king bed and a second Smart TV while the second bedroom has 2 king single beds. With an additional lounge sofa that folds out to a comfortable single bed, the villa accommodates up to 5 guests.
The villa has two bathrooms :
Bathroom 1 has shower and spa bath (Combo)
Bathroom 2 has shower only.
Both bathrooms have handrails in the bath and shower.
The second bathroom also includes a washing machine.
Parking is available with one off-street car space plus visitor parking.

- Linen packs, shampoo and body wash are provided at this property and beds will be made, ready for your arrival.
- Unfortunately the pool at the property is closed until further notice. This decision was made by the Strata committee and we apologise for any inconvenience.
