Hopetoun Cottage is a brand new build inside and out. Located Melbourne side of Ballarat Central and only 2 minute drive to Ballarat CBD.
Park under the carport and enter via the door just near it. Step up two steps and be under the bullnosed verandah where you will see a glass door. Entering here is right in the loungeroom, as you step in you can also see the kitchen and the door to the laundry.
There is a 6 seater modular lounge to watch TV on and beside that is a little outdoor glass table and two chairs. Guests are welcome to take them outside during their stay.
As you walk towards the kitchen you will see the dining table with 4 chairs to the left and 2 bar stools at the kitchen bench to seat 6 people all up. There is a high chair provided all of the time here too.
To the right is the hallway, on the wall just beside the laundry door is the central heating panel. As you walk down the hall on the first right hand side is the toilet and main bathroom. This has a full free standing bath and shower.
The second door on the right is the main bedroom with a queen bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite with a large shower, toilet and sink.
The first room on the left down the hallway has 2 single beds and a built in wardrobe. There is a portacot always at this property too in this rooms cupboard.
The next room is the other queen sized bed with a built in robe. All rooms have sunblock blinds.
