Entrance is via the music room; a space where you can enjoy playing a record and soak up the art deco features.
To the right, is the master suite. The king bed is made up of two long singles together. They are both individual so that you can adjust the electric beds to the most comfortable settings for you. There is a massage function (no rollers) and under bed lighting which can be turned on and off. The chandelier and ceiling to floor length mirrors add to the luxury of this room. A reverse cycle air conditioner and TV is also located in this suite.
The kitchen is fully equipped with additional appliances such as slow cooker, rice cooker, blitzer, etc. There is no need to eat out if you prefer to dine in! It is lovely in the morning with the back door open allowing the sun to stream in and a view of the huge grassed backyard to greet you. If you prefer outdoor dining, there is a café table and two chairs on the small back patio to further enjoy this part of the property.
TV room access is from the kitchen. This is no ordinary TV room. A huge smart TV blends in with the charcoal painted wall and stunning white buffet houses board games and remote. Relax on the black leather Chesterfield sofa and adjust the reverse cycle air conditioner to your preferred temperature. There is also a desk tucked away in this room if you require a work station.
The stylish bathroom features separate shower and bath accessorised with new period styled tapware. The bath is oriented toward a private back-yard window so you can enjoy watching the weather go by as you relax. The large round back-lit vanity mirror to makes getting ready for your big night out easy. Bathroom comes complete with hair dryer, towels, quality soap, shampoo and conditioner.
As you venture outside, you can’t help but notice the extensive grassed area at the back of the house. It is lush and well maintained. You have the option to sit outside and enjoy the space created by the large lawned back-yard or lounge around under the patio and take in the quiet ambience of the cottage garden.
There is a surprise room that has an entrance off the side of the house! It is a very spacious laundry which has also been lovingly renovated. Here you will find the washing machine, dryer, cleaning products and outdoor games.
The huge grassed private backyard can be set-up for badminton or crocket. Maybe just enjoy having the space around you and catch a bit of sun while you enjoy a cup of tea or coffee on the back patio.
When you are ready to get out and explore, it’s a lovely 10-minute walk along the foreshore and under-bridge boardwalk to find yourself right in the middle of the action! Restaurants, movie theatre, performing arts centre, foreshore events and foreshore tidal pools for swimming. There is so much to do. Bring your bikes and further explore the foreshore on both sides of the spectacular Mandurah Estuary.
City Beach is a 5-minute drive away or a spectacular 20-minute bike ride along the foreshore and boardwalk, past movie theatre, along rainbow path, over a canal walk bridge and through a ‘hidden’ mall to protected City Beach.
City Beach is a very popular protected beach with public toilets, shade areas and outdoor shower.
You can have it all; a unique and amazing place to stay, somewhere quiet as well as being close to the action.
