The outdoor table setting can be converted to extend to 2 metres. This townhouse (one of two) has every luxury amenity. The kitchen is highly finished with everything necessary including Euro appliances, commercial heating and cooling and contains a breakfast bar with bar stools and a bar area. There is a large living area at the front with a modern chaise lounge suite taking in superb views of the water through the floor to ceiling windows. The rear living space on this level contains a powder room, another lounge large modular chaise loungesuite, Plasma TV and DVD player and opens up onto the large rear private balcony with al fresco dining, barbeque and vews across to Red Hill. Upstairs maximises beachside living, while downstairs contains the bedrooms. The king master bedroom suite is located at the front of the house with a plasma TV, water views and a stunning ensuite (shower/double vanity/toilet) and walk in robe. Another bedroom contains a triple bunk bed (sleeping 3 - double on bottom and single on top) and a single bed. There is a further queen bed in the rear bedroom along with the main bathroom (containing a spa bath and shower) and a double sofa bed in a separate small room space between bedrooms 1 and 2 (please note there are no blinds in this room). A european laundry cupboard is located on the ground level (containing a washing machine and dryer) and a rear 2 car remote garage with internal access. Nautilus 2 is perfect holiday living for families and romantic retreats and can be opened up to include Nautilus 1 to accommodate larger holidaying groups for up to 18 guests.
