This apartment is within secured complex, guest will have access to car park in level B2 with remote control. Guests will need to pickup keys from local convenience store.
Firstly, read the check-in guidebook which I will send you via inbox message before check-in. Our property requires building access with remote control and keys in order to enter the unit, key can be collected near the building up until 10 PM, if you're arriving later than 10:00 PM, please inform the time of arrival well in advance to organize the keys.

#Parties
Parties are strictly PROHIBITED. If this rule is not adhered to, you will be charged a $2000 fine, and extra service fees incurred by you may apply, including extra cleaning fees and damage fees.I reserve the right to define what a "party” is, and l will be reasonable when doing so.
#Noise
Please be conscious of your neighbors and keep noise at a tolerable level without being disruptive. NSW noise restrictions also apply, so please minimize noise after 9 PM.
#Cleanliness and waste disposal
!! Strictly NO SMOKING. If any cigarette butts or smells are found, you will be charged an additional＄200 cleaning fee.
－Shoes off in the house, please. You do not have to thoroughly clean the property, however, please make a reasonable effort to clean up after yourself, especially when there are children.
－ All rubbish is to be packed and correctly disposed of in the bins. There are rubbish shoots across the lifts on the same level where unit is located.

!! If the property is left in an unsatisfactory state, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee. This includes leaving too much rubbish or too many dirty dishes behind on the property.
Additional large cardboards can be disposed at level B1 near lifts.
#Wi-fi
Wi-fi is available for guest use. Please refer to the check-in guidebook for all Wi-Fi information. This service is offered as a complimentary extra and so the speed is not guaranteed. It may be affected by issues with the internet service provider or other unexpected complications. As there is no charge for this service, we will attempt to fix issues as they arise, but cannot be held accountable.
#Checking out
Please leave the property as you found it. We kindly ask you to not move any furniture around.
The latest checkout time is 10 AM. Prior to checking out, please go through this to-do list:
－Clean all dirty dishes and store them in the cabinets where you found them. Please note that the cleaning fee does not include dishwashing. For any dirty dishes left on the property, an extra service fee will apply.
－ Sort and dispose of any remaining rubbish.
－Turn off all lights and the air conditioner.
－ Ensure no appliances are in a work cycle（dishwasher, etc.)
－ Report any damages or missing items to us.
