Positive: Where to start? This property is one of the few best, most architecturally stunning and comfortable stays I've ever had. The design is beyond words and the attention to detail is fabulous. It is breathtaking from the minute you see it and it only gets better as you climb the stairs and take in the view. The floors, decor, level of comfort, facilities and cleanliness is 5 star. The beds and pillows are comfortable, the shower has great pressure, there's a handy laundry, the heating was great after a chilly walk up Mount Wellington and the furniture is all high standard and incredibly comfortable. The design is well thought out and I cannot fault anything. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and provided treats in the fridge including chocolates and drinks. The proximity to everything you need in Hobart is also fantastic- there is a bus stop nearby and a walk across the bridge is well worth it.

Negative: Nothing to dislike.
