I live on a quiet residential street, have added a Granny flat for family visits and want to make that available for other people to enjoy too. It is an open plan kitchen / dining / lounge room with everything you need. It has A/C, TV, fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer. It has a separate bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom. You have access to a laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is a small outside sitting / garden area under a gazebo.
It's only a 3 minutes walk to the beach and a 12 minutes walk along the beach to the Cafe and Restaurant strip. There is a nice 5 km walking path along the beach with lots of playgrounds, BBQ's and picnic pavilions.
