An additional indoor–outdoor living space features a 4m blackbutt bar with bar seating, day beds, extra fridge/freezer, dartboard and handy laundry facilities, making it effortless to entertain both indoors and by the pool.
Outside is the real draw: a salt-water, in-ground swimming pool set in a spacious courtyard with built-in outdoor lounges, colourful planting, ample shaded areas and a gas BBQ — ideal for lazy afternoons, poolside chilling and alfresco dining.
