Beach's and Shop's are 5 minutes away plus the new aquatic center. Public transport available from the front of house

When you first walk through the front door you will feel comfortable , That homely feel. Very large double bedroom, Your own lounge area and bathroom. leads out to your own court yard. The downstairs area can be closed off and private, If you wish to do so! Upstairs has 2 bedrooms.
Queensize with TV, Balcony looking over golf course lakes. Upstairs Lounge, Kitchen, Dinning are all open plan. And another balcony looking into golf course. Large Deck/Bar and outside eating area. With BBQ. leads you to large garden and our nature reserve.

The whole house is yours! The garage will be locked. But 3 cars fit onto driveway.
