Children: as the property is located close to the edge of the waterfront reserve and the property is not fenced, it is not suitable for children under the age of 12 years.
Parties: strictly no parties allowed at the property. Breaches of this rule will result in immediate eviction.
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.

We have received notification that a development application has been approved for the neighbouring property next door. This involves a total knock-down of the existing property next door and a full rebuild of a new property. This means extensive noise (excavation, drilling, jack-hammering etc.) and exposure to debris and dust from the works. It is anticipated access to the grounds surrounding the property/off-street parking will also be affected during this period. Ultimately, it is important for all prospective guests to understand that their enjoyment of the listed property is likely to be substantially affected by this unforeseen development which is beyond anyone's control and will cause varying degrees of inconvenience to guests.
The works will begin imminently and expected to last a minimum of 12 months, assuming no delays occur. Please consider this when making a booking.
