Halfway between Sydney and Brisbane lies this wonderful 3 bedroom house with views of the ranges and an occasional light coastal breeze. Ten minutes walk to the CBD, and ten minutes or less drive to Coffs beautiful beaches, jetty area, big banana, park beach plaza, and airport.
This is a cozy home, but large enough for a family. The backyard is very large and fully fenced with a banana plantation behind it. Once inside you'll find an open-planned place with a light and airy feel about it. The kitchen and bathroom have all you need and there is also a laundry attached at the rear of the house with another separate toilet, washing machine, and drinks fridge.
The three bedrooms have ceiling fans and remote controlled shutters to reduce traffic noise. The master bedroom also has it's own air conditioning separate from the air conditioning in the lounge area, which also has shutters.
Moving outside through the French doors you'll enter a covered back landing looking out on the garden and backyard, as well as access to the laundry. Follow the driveway up the sloping backyard to find a quiet spot to sit beneath the trees and enjoy the view!
