The main living room commands sweeping views across Encounter Bay, taking in The Bluff, Wright Island, Seal Rock, and Granite Island. It’s an ideal spot to unwind on the lounge, watch the changing light, or gather for a movie night beside the electric fireplace. A second living area adds another layer of relaxation, complete with a record player, books, and space to slow down with music or conversation as the breeze drifts through.
The kitchen is bright and well-equipped, perfectly positioned to keep the ocean in sight while you cook. A Nespresso machine, a full suite of appliances, and a generous workspace make holiday meals effortless. The adjoining dining area brings everyone together—perfect for lingering breakfasts or long dinners that flow into the evening. LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
