The space
4 bedroom single-story house. 2 large living areas with sofas, tvs and air con/ heating split systems.
There are some steps on the ground to watch out for which may not suit people of limited movement or eyesight.
Main bedroom (with ensuite and deep king bed) is right next to nursery room. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have privacy locks and double beds. Nursery has cot, dim red light for avoiding waking the little one at night, change table and chest of drawers. All bedrooms have black out curtains.
Kitchen has everything you need - spices, air fryer, dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge, freezer - you'll have to bring the food though.
Reading area with comfy chairs. Bathroom with bath and shower, toilet. Laundry room has washer and dryer.
3 fenced garden areas - 2 with grass and 1 paved at the front for parking.
Double lock-up garage with remote sliding door.
Guest access
All areas of the house, garden and garage are accessible to guests - host will not be present. There are 2 sheds that are not accessible to guests.
