This beautiful property offers spacious living and dinning area with a well equipped kitchen and separate laundry with a washing machine and drier. The living room extends to a big outdoor area with a beautiful view of landscape. If you don't mind a bit of fresh air its around 15min walk to shops , and is a beautiful walk with a lot to see and take in. In town there is a information centre , where you can go and plan your stay, shops, restaurants and swimming beaches, indoor heated pool, as well as Griffiths Island and playground on the river explore, visit the Saturday market or learn about Port Fairy.

Main bedroom has a queen bed with bed side tables and built in robes entrance to the bathroom, This room can sleep 2 people
Second bedroom can be kids room ,or second family, or guests ,it has quin bunk with king single on top and a other single bed, this room can sleep 4 people .
The third bedroom has a double bed , can sleep 2 people

Open plan kitchen/dining area with stunning sun filled living area with sliding door opening to a spacious fully enclosed pergola that leads to courtyard area.
