This unique, newly renovated 1960’s viscount caravan is perfectly positioned on our botanical garden like 8 acre property, in the picturesque hinterlands of the Northern Rivers NSW. Conveniently placed within close proximity to the quaint village of Burringbar (3 mins), a short drive from the popular coastal towns of Brunswick Heads & Pottsville, and only half an hour to both the world-famous beaches of Byron Bay, & the Gold Coast International Airport.
This chasmarctic vintage caravan is fully self contained, and is neatly placed under an open air lean to roof with large adjoining deck. An outdoor kitchenette complete with all the necessities and a generous sized outdoor/covered bathroom with a magnificent hot shower which provides you with all the creature comforts needed. A short 8 meter walk away is a pristine composting toilet that does not smell, complete with a floor to ceiling glass window allowing beautiful views while doing your business.
Stepping inside you will be delighted with a brand new, very comfortable double bed dressed in high quality, luxury linen. A dining table that can also be used as a working space or extra double bed, plus closet for storing your clothes, a fridge/freezer, coffee machine, soda stream, board games and a few other bonus lifestyle and kitchen supplies. There is also high speed wifi. Plus a heater and dehumidifier, should you need.
Uninterrupted stunning views of the lush subtropical bush encapsulate this extremely relaxing and tranquil environment.
Sit back, relax and enjoy the stunning views of the forest and orchestra of birds from the double hammock or two person dining set. We are very fortunate with an amazing array of birdlife on our property. Expect seasonal visits from king parrots, black cockatoos, lorikeets, just to name a few.
This cozy, non-shared space is accessed from a private driveway, surrounded by private lawns, and is all yours during your stay. It is located over 100 meters from the main house. Your privacy is our priority.
