The Studio Pavilion offers light and airy, contemporary self-contained accommodation for two. It’s ideal for a couple looking for a relaxing Byron Bay escape that’s close to the beach, town and restaurants. The space features an open plan living/dining room, covered deck, fully-equipped kitchen, one queen bedroom with views to tropical gardens, bathroom with outdoor access and contemporary furniture. It’s spacious and light-filled with high ceilings, timber floors and sliding glass doors/windows with fly screens.
The Studio has a real “cooks’ kitchen” with new cookware, stone bench tops and quality stainless steel appliances, full size dishwasher and fridge. The living room includes two quality lounges, TV and Blu-ray player with a selection of movies and books to enjoy during your stay.
A cleverly designed custom-built wardrobe separates the bedroom from the rest of the studio. The bedroom has views across the gardens towards paddock and trees, and a new latex queen mattress to ensure a peaceful nights’ rest. The main bathroom has a shower and features outdoor access to the gardens and bush views.
Sliding doors open from the dining room onto the covered timber deck. Relax in the super-comfy cane chairs to enjoy 180 degree tropical garden views – it’s the perfect spot to watch the sunrise, or enjoy a cool ale at the end of a day. Beside the deck is a Weber gas BBQ, outdoor teak table seating six, plus two high quality sun lounges.
The outdoor shower is a real treat with hot and cold water, pebble tiled floor and custom-built timber slatted privacy screen. An external laundry with washing machine, tub, dryer, iron and ironing board and clothesline is available for guest use.
