A Resort Style pool area with 18mt pool, spa and sun decks. Emerald Lakes Estate has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 lounge rooms, inside and outside dining areas and is an expansive multi- level mansion spanning the lake front lawns. The entire home is fully air conditioned and heated with twin ducted Reverse Cycle A/C systems. BEDROOMS 2 master Bedroom Suites are situated at each end of the home with an additional 2 Queen Rooms and a fifth room having a double and single bed with trundle under. The Northern Master Queen bedroom is located by the pool and has elevated views over the lake and back garden and orchard. It has a 42" flat screen TV and entertainment including Fox Cable TV, DVD and music system. There is a spacious ensuite with double shower and walk in robe. The Southern Master King Suite is an enormous parents private retreat with Its own lounge area equipped with 60" flat screen TV, sound system, DVD, Fox Cable TV, DVD, etc. It has a large walk in robe with make-up counter and Luxurious ensuite with spectacular double shower and Extra Large Bath overlooking the lake and mountains out a plate glass window. The Master Suite is surrounded by extensive covered decks with outside lounging area, fire pit and hammock, perched looking over the lake. Every bedroom is individually styled and completed with upmarket Linen and Homewares. LOUNGE DINING AND KITCHEN The home has two separate lounge areas with upmarket lounges to accommodate many people. Each has a 60” flat screen TV with full sound, entertainment and Cable TV systems. The main lounge area adjoins the kitchen and dining areas whilst the secondary TV area and lounge adjoins the Master Suite. Both have beautiful tranquil outlooks to the lake and mountains. The 10 person dining suite also looks over the lake and makes for a great spot for dinner parties or Christmas dinner with the family The Kitchen is an entertainers dream and is located in the center of the home fringed with bar stools where everyone can gather, prepare for meals and dine. The kitchen is fronted with Bi-Fold doors which open 6mt wide onto the outside deck for ease of entertaining and has modern appliances including a Blanco Oven and gas 6 burner stove, Twin door fridge, twin dish draw dishwashers, and every conceivable piece of catering equipment a chef might need. OUTSIDE ENTERTAINING OVERLOOKING THE LAKE The Main Deck outside the kitchen and living areas perches high over the lake for a spectacular view, and makes an incredible place to drink, dine and entertain with family or friends. There is a large wood fired pizza oven fringed with twin fridges for drinks or food. There is also an enormous 8 burner Commercial Char Grill BBQ for catering and an additional smaller Charcoal BBQ and oven for family dinners. RESORT STYLE POOL AREA The Resort Style Pool Area is truly something else. An 18mt architecturally designed, award winning pool with Balinese Gazebo, Sun Decks and separate 10 person outside spa. The entire pool area is completely private, wind sheltered and overlooking the lake and mountains. Ideal for families with wide shallow steps to sit with babies or young children but plenty of space for kids to play games or long enough for some early morning laps. Furnishings in the pool area include a day bed under the gazebo shelter, sun lounges on a sun deck and a bar with 5 stools beside the spa tub. REAR FENCED YARD FOR DOGS For those with canine friends that simply can’t be left out of the holiday action we have the perfect rear yard. With lawns, gardens and a small orchard there is lots of room to play and not escape. However we strictly do not allow any pets inside the home at any time. STUFF FOR THE KIDS For the kids the flat lawn areas, trampoline and swing set provide plenty of outside fun. We also have soccer nets, Boules, Croquet, balls etc. and for the bigger kid’s scooters, push bikes, skate boards, etc. to play with outside on the concrete paths and 100mt gently sloping concrete driveway. By the lake there are extensive lawns for bike riding, golf, soccer etc. You can even bring your tent and camp the kids by the lake. They will have a great time fishing and camping within sight of the adults on the deck and in the home just 20mt Inside we also have many games, books and kids toys to play with as well as Playstation 4 with loads of games on 60” TV, Foxtel Boxes Throughout the home and Apple TV for Netflix or running movies off your IPad. ROOM FOR THE BOAT, JET SKIS, TRAILER OR CARAVAN There are 4 garages for car parking, bikes and toys. If you wish to bring your boat to do some offshore fishing or a jet ski or two to use in the Harbour, Ocean or estuaries nearby there is a large concrete parking area with wash out facilities. The house is a battle-axe block with privacy from the street and has a security fence and code-pad gate so your possessions are safe and secure in the yard.
