The Space:
Located in Fishing Point on the beautiful Lake Macquarie, this six-bedroom home is ideally located on the water’s edge. Enjoy a BBQ on the patio and watch the sunset over uninterrupted lake views, walk down to the jetty and throw in a fishing line or bring your kayaks or paddleboards. The home also has free Wifi.
Enjoy the spacious and open living and dining area with air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal and enjoy it at the large dining table. There is a full-sized fridge, coffee machine, and dishwasher. The comfortable lounge and large Smart TV are the perfect place to enjoy a movie of a night or read a book and enjoy the views during the day.
The master bedrooms on both levels have spectacular views. Enjoy the comfortable queen beds, access to the balcony, TV and split system air conditioning. The modern main bathrooms have deep spa baths and separate shower. Two bedrooms (one on each level) features two single beds each and the other bedroom (on both levels) have queen beds with ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. The home boasts 4 bathrooms in total. There is a washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs is a similar layout to downstairs .
The private jetty is deep enough to park your boat and perfect for some afternoon fishing. There is seating and a fire pit located on the reserve and the ideal place to sit around, enjoy a wine and the stunning views.
Fishing Point is located just a 3-minute drive to the shops at Rathmines and 10 minutes from the town center in Toronto.
There is plenty of parking for a couple of cars and a boat.
Please note that Elysium is located on the bottom story of a shared home although completely private and does not have access to free-to-air channels, these can be accessed on the smart TV through the streaming apps.

Fishing Point is located just a 3-minute drive to the shops at Rathmines and a 10-minute drive to Toronto services, shops, lakeside restaurants and cafes.
Be sure to bring your boats and ski's to spend the beautiful summer days out on the water.
Lake Macquarie is popular for fishing, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding and hiking.
You are also only a 45-minute drive away from the Hunter Valley Vineyards which is a great day for the adults to do wine, beer, gin and vodka tastings.
Getting Around:
Buses, taxis and Uber are available however travelling is much easier by car.

This self-contained guest house is booked exclusively for your use, it is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and we have contactless check-in and check-out to help you have a Safe-Stay.
There may be a noise monitor at the property - this will send automatic messages should the noise level be above 80 dB. please be mindful of the neighbours as we follow a good neighbour policy in regard to noise and behaviour. A security camera may also be located at the front of the property but this is not monitored unless a concern is raised by the neighbours or community.
Partying is strictly prohibited.
