Located at the top of Eagle Bay with commanding views of the surrounds and ocean,this generous two storey rammed earth and cedar home luxurates on 2 acres with over 200 trees and abundant bird life.The living,dining and kitchen areas are on the top level with wide verandahs overlooking the bay.Also on this level is the Master Queen bedroom,ensuite and kids room with 2 double bunks.The lower level of the house has 2 queen bedrooms,another bathroom,separate toilet and sitting area with TV and own entrance.The house is a 7 minute walk to the beach. The home has two TV's DVD's, New Gas BBQ, POT Belly heating and Washing Machine. Linen is an additional charge of $120 per booking Eagle Bay is a Premier holiday/beach location in Western Australia,located 9 km from Dunsborough,a major holiday resort town.This area is unbelievably quiet yet close to resorts, wineries and great restaurants.A 20 minute drive to Yallingup,a world famous surfing beach.A further 30 minutes to Margaret River and dozens of great vineyards scattered along the way. Fishing,golf,swimming,diving,scenic walks through National Parks and pristine beaches.Our holiday home is approx 3 hours South of Perth.A beautiful tranquil place to relax or explore.
