Diamond House is the ultimate seaside holiday destination, spread across multiple levels there is plenty of space for the whole family. Large outdoor heated swim spa, multiple living rooms and minutes to Caves Beach and Lake Macquarie. There are four bedrooms and a study sleeping 6-8 guests. Amazing ocean and lake views!

Diamond house has incredible elevated views over the Pacific Ocean and Swansea Channel while being close to the best swimming, surfing, fishing, shopping and picnic spots.

The well equipped kitchen with electric cooking, dishwasher and coffee machine is situated on the middle level of the house surrounded by a breakfast bar, lounge room with TV, Optus Fetch and air conditioning.

The dining room features a large dining table, half bathroom and a large carpeted sitting room with wet bar, board games and an additional air conditioner. The middle level has a large balcony with outdoor dining and lounge area that looks out over the Pacific Ocean and Swansea Channel.

The top level includes the master bedroom with ensuite, walk in robe, private balcony and air conditioner. Bedroom two has two single beds and an interconnecting bathroom with bedroom three which features a double bed.

Downstairs, bedroom four is large with a queen bed and sitting area which opens on to the downstairs patio. This area also features a large kitchenette with second fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, dining area, lounge room with TV, laundry with washer and dryer and a large family sized bathroom with dual vanities.

Outside on the downstairs patio is the BBQ area with outside dining overlooking the heated swim spa.

The study located on the entry level features a folding double futon (suitable for 2 children) that can be made up on request.

If travelling with a baby we can provide a port-a-cot and highchair as well as children's plates, bowls and cups.

There is off street parking for 2 cars on the driveway. Please note the garage is not included in the rental and will be locked.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans and heating. Linen, bath and some beach towels are provided. Please note we only have a limited number of beach towels and recommend bringing your own.

Please note we do not accept large groups for parties and events. Bucks, hens, schoolies, party groups and groups under 25 year old are unable to book. Bookings are for up to 6 adults and extra children on request. This is our family home.

Diamond House is located near a reserve which has an abundance of wildlife and insects. It is not uncommon to see birds, insects, lizards, snakes, spiders and goannas in our backyard and around our home.

If you are lucky enough to be visited by wildlife please do not approach them and keep out of their way.
