The Space:
Darley House is an architecturally designed, 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom luxury home. The house has been beautifully furnished and set on an immaculately landscaped, cold-climate garden and on one of Katoomba's best (and most convenient) streets.
This idyllic home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and is the perfect mountain retreat for families or a group of friends to holiday together. The house has gas deducted heating and air-conditioning throughout as well as a gas fireplace in the sitting room.
Darley House has two separate living areas, a huge dining table with seating for up to 12 people and views over the expansive back garden.
The living room comes with a large Smart TV with free access to Netflix.
If you feel like cooking during your stay, the house has a fully equipped chef's kitchen and butlers pantry as well as a coffee machine, Miele appliances and basic pantry items provided by your host.
Darley House has five large bedrooms, the master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and it's own ensuite with luxurious tub and views over the garden and pond. It is located on the ground level with the second bedroom.
Upstairs you'll find two additional bedrooms with a bathroom and separate powder room.
There is a separate guest suite with ensuite, sitting area, kitchenette and Smart TV with free Netflix over the indoor pool.
The indoor pool is huge and fully heated with a separate sauna, indoor shower and powder room.
There is a fully equipped internal laundry with two washing machines and a dryer.
All bed linen and towels are supplied by your host.
