Positive: I really liked the spot that it was in close to everything and in walking distance of shops / restaurants. spa was nice too and was a quiet place.

Negative: When we arrived, the place was not clean at all. There were dirty towels, an unmade bed, and crumbs on the couch. I rang the owner, and she tried to charge me an extra $240, claiming it was "half price" and that I hadn't paid the full amount. However, I had already paid the full price before staying. I sent emails with proof of the transaction, and she said she would refund the $240 over the phone. After I sent the screenshots and my BSB and account number, she didn't reply, even after promising a refund.
