Near new 1 bedroom apartment with fresh outlook having bifold doors opening up to a cozy courtyard space with outdoor setting. Shower room and inbuilt laundry with washer and dryer. Kitchen is galley style with gas cooktop, electric oven and compact dishwasher. The entrance is locked with intercom access. 1 covered car space is available with key fob entry.
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. Personal property will be locked away in storage cage.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
The Neighborhood:
Property is located opposite Coral Sea park and has a local bakery within 2 minute walk. Pacific Square is less than a 5 minute drive as is Maroubra beach. East gardens and Southpoint shopping center's are a 10 minute drive.
Getting Around:
Public transport is very good. Routes to the city, Bondi Junction and Randwick within a 5 minute walk. Apart from the undercover car park road side parking is available.
Other Things to Note:
No pets or children allowed.

The management reserves the right to request for photo IDs of all guests staying for security purposes. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
