The driveway is steep getting up to the studio but once there, the area around the studio is quite level. There is plenty of parking space right next to the studio for a number of cars, caravan, or even a small truck. There is an option for you to use a championship-sized tennis court which is adjacent to the studio. It is very quiet and peaceful in the studio. Sometimes there is low traffic noise at peak hours and occasionally at night you will hear the “thump – thump” of kangaroos hopping by as they find their next place to graze.
You can lock yourself away and be fully self-sufficient in the studio if you bring food and drink - walk in the paddocks, go for a bush walk, or swim in the pool in the Summer (located at the main residence). You won't need to see anyone, except maybe sometimes the owner who lives in the main residence. They do, however, respect your complete privacy.
