About the Unit
Two bright, airy and cosy bedrooms with super comfortable beds.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 is equipped with a double bed, built in robes and plenty of natural light from the East facing window (morning sun) overlooking the front veranda.
Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed, plus an additional single bed. Built in robes and west facing window (late afternoon sun) overlooking the small rear courtyard.
Includes all bedding and linen.

Kitchen/Lounge/Dining
Bright, well equipped open plan Kitchen/Breakfast Bar/Dining/Living area with split system reverse cycle air conditioning heating.
Kitchen is equipped with all cooking utensils, pots and pans, tea, coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar etc, herbs, condiments etc.
Oven, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, kettle, dishwasher, crockery, silverware, glasses, plasticware (for beach and picnics).

Please feel free to use our paddleboards, foam surf boards and kayak during your stay. For less stronger swimmers, we have life vests available (in the wardrobe) for your use, but please ensure children and those unable to swim are supervised constantly whilst in the water. We kindly ask that you wash off any sand and saltwater prior to storing these back at the unit.

Guest Access
This entire bright 2 bedroom unit is yours for the duration of your stay.
Check-In 2pm or after, Check-out 10.30am.
Access to the property is via a secure lock box.
Secure undercover car space. Additional and visitor parking on quiet road.

Other things to note
The unit is private and secure, with no road noise as we are one block from Point Nepean Road.

Pets
Well behaved pets are welcome, but please ensure they are fully housetrained. Please bring your pet bed/basket as pets are not allowed on the sofas or beds.
There is an extra $25 on top of the standard clean for guests staying with pets, this is passed onto the cleaner to for additional cleaning.
