A super-cosy beach house, well suited for larger groups looking to spend time together in a beach setting and ideal base for exploring the Mid-North Coast - Enjoy mountain views from the back deck. Spectacular Mountain views from the elevated position and water views. You can hear the ocean from the house on most nights. Say hello to the friendly Kangaroos and other wild life that often surface from the reserve right across from the home!

There is also fold-out Double sofa bed in the rear living room for extra guests if required.
There is a laundry equipped with washer/dryer and also an outdoor shower on ground floor, on the west side of house. Fully appointed Kitchen with dishwasher, espresso machine, and electric cooktop. Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property to stay connected. Outside storage is available for your bikes, surfboards, and more. BBQ on the balcony for your enjoyment year-round.
Valla Beach has two cafes that also sell basic groceries and a pharmacy. South Valla Beach has spectacular views and North Valla Beach is dog friendly. The Valla creek is ideal for young children and is perfect for kayaking and other water sports.
Please note, there are two dwellings on the property. This advertisement, is for the main home - upstairs. There is a flat underneath the home. Both dwellings are completely independent of each other and exclusive - only the driveway is shared.
This listing is in the midst of family homes. No noise, loud music or parties. Noise must be kept to reasonable levels at all times and it is quiet time after 10pm. We have a 4 vehicle limit, due to the narrow street and limited parking on driveway. All vehicles to be parked on driveway or across street, in front of home. No vehicles to be parked in front of neighbours’ homes or elsewhere on street.
