Welcome to our fully renovated studio apartment in the heart of East Perth, Western Australia. This cozy and stylish space with easy self check-in is perfect for short stays, whether you're traveling with your partner, family, or friends. Within the free bus zone, with fast internet, fully equipped (shared) kitchen including tea and coffee, comfortable bedding and gas lift storage bed, board games, large smart TV and laundry facilities with a shared bathroom (this is only shared with the apartment next door with separate entrances, separate vanities and locks on all sides of the doors). As you step inside, you'll find a comfortable double bed with a gas lift for extra storage, and a very spacious wardrobe, allowing you to make the most of the space. The room is adorned with brand new furniture and features a 55" smart TV with Netflix and access to normal TV channels and Apps, ensuring you have plenty of entertainment options during your stay.

In addition to the cozy bedroom area, our studio features a large study desk with a very comfortable velvet office chair and access to 5G internet, perfect for those who need to get some work done during their stay. We've also included a retractable dining table, allowing you to enjoy meals with your loved ones in the comfort of your own space.

The bathroom and kitchen which is shared only with the adjoining airbnb (check out our other listing if you wish to book 2 rooms at the same time!) have also been recently renovated, providing a modern and clean environment. The kitchen has all cooking necessities including appliances, utensils, pots/pans and basic cooking items such as salt, pepper, tea and coffee. There is laundry facilities available including iron/iron board. We even offer a variety of board games for you to enjoy with your loved ones. Should you be travelling with a baby, let us know, we can provide a travel cot and bedding if required.

The location of our studio is truly unbeatable. Situated in East Perth, you'll be within a short walking distance to the free bus zone, providing easy access to the bustling city of Perth. Additionally, the heart of Perth CBD is just a short walk away, and you'll find plenty of restaurants, cafes and things to do in the surrounding area. If you're bringing a car, no worries, there is a secured, undercover bay available, otherwise for additional cars, there is street parking available for a fee! Public transportation options are easily accessible and mostly free, if you are needing the bay, please let us know at the time of booking as there is only one bay available for booking.
