Annies Barn sits just 600m from the famous Fitzroy Falls site.
There are local Cafes but it is just a short drive to either Burrawang, Bowral - with all its facilities - or down into the amazing Kangaroo Valley.
The home sits just behind Rowan Farm and set on beautiful acreage with it's own Llamas, sheep and chickens! Collect your own eggs for breakfast! Sit on the rear deck and either enjoy your early morning coffee with the chickens! or watch the sun set with a refreshing glass of wine.
The little barn consists of a main bedroom with Sofa and TV as well as a spacious shower room. There is also a kitchenette which is equipped with a fridge, microwave, a cook top, coffee machine and kettle. It is also possible to have use of a BBQ.
The lovely little barn is to the rear of the original Rowans Farm that was for many years a very successful farm stay.
