Take it easy at this 3 bedroom home with 3 very comfy beds! It is a stone's throw to Fyshwick or Kingston - a great location! Has a large secure backyard if you have a dog to bring. Hard floor throughout, an easy stay for the worker or family in a central spot! Please come and enjoy! The kitchen and dining space are in one room, the living area is separate. There is one bathroom and a second toilet located in the internal laundry.
This is an older home in Canberra, so it is not a flash new modern home. However - it has been freshly painted throughout and we have for you a King bed and two Queen beds, which are all medium feel and so so comfortable! The dining table can fit 6 around. The location is great if you want to be near to Fyshwick or Kingston. It is in a quiet suburban street. The backyard is spacious and secure, great if you're bringing a pet. There is space to park 4-5 cars off the street. The TV is a Smart 55 inch Hisense.
We live in Canberra so are available if needed. But we will stay in touch via the Airbnb messaging app.
Narrabundah is a quiet suburban pocket nestled between Kingston and Fyshwick. It is fairly central so easy to reach anywhere in Canberra by car.
It is all on the ground floor, although there are two steps up to the front and back doors.
Please note it is an older home - so heating is run via separate heaters in each room. Cooling is run via fans throughout the home and the A/C unit in the living room.
If you are staying on a Thursday night, we may ask you to pull the outdoor bins to the roadside for Friday morning weekly collection.
