Positive: On arrival, we were given a room on the main road side of the property. When we requested a room away from the main road we were charged extra for a similar room. I felt this was an unfair charge.

Negative: The extra charge for a room away from the main road side of the property. On our first full day we asked that the room not to be made up for that day. The room was not made up or cleaned for our entire stay.

Summary: Disappointing.
