We are very contactable and will help out at any time. Please message us and we will get back to you soon as possible. Please be aware that unless urgent, guests should be patient with us after hours as we like our team members to be able to spend some quality time with their families. We prefer to use the Airbnb app to receive messages and this is the quickest and most efficient way to reach us.
We give our guests space, but we are just a message away - do not hAesitate to reach out to us with any concerns or questions you may have. We are in the office Mon-Fri 9AM to 5PM. Outside of these hours, we will get back to you as soon as we can.

There is space to park up to 4 cars on the property.
Guests have access to the full home, except for the garage which is not available for guest use.
Access details are provided a few days before arrival once a quick ID and card verification is completed through our guest app. This is similar to hotel check-in and helps us maintain safety and peace of mind for all guests.
Home away from home with all the modern conveniences like ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning in all rooms, heat lamps in both bathrooms, a full kitchen, BBQ, laundry with large sink, washer and dryer (in garage), TV, Free wifi, small pool, books, puzzles and toys for the little ones and a selection of card/board games, table tennis and badminton rackets for the not too little ones. Main Bedroom has a an ensuite, while the other 2 rooms have a 'Jack n Jill' ensuite.
If you manage to get out of the house, you can fly a kite, play a game of cricket or footy, star gaze at night in the large field just 1 step from the backyard gate. Take a few more steps and you are in the Murray River where you can go swimming, fishing, crabbing, kayaking, stand-up paddle-boarding (both provided for our guests use, with a few sizes of life vests), ….or just relax with a picnic on the river bank and watch the boats go by… if you’re lucky, you might catch dolphins frolicking in the water. A range of bicycles for both kids and adults are available to explore the quiet streets and pathways. Just 5 mins walk along the river, you’ll have access to a public beach for the little ones and a public dock where you can park your boat overnight. There are several boat ramps nearby for you to launch your boat.
Eat out at the local Jetty’s Bar and Grill (5 mins walk), Pelicans Cafe (a lovely 30mins walk along the river or kayak there!), Sandy Cove Tavern or visit the Iconic Ravenswood Hotel. All these venues are accessible by boat or car. Alternatively, cook in house with our well-appointed kitchen.
The property is located in the peaceful canals of South Yunderup, where having a car is the most convenient way to explore the area. Free on-site parking is available for guests.
If you're travelling by public transport:
• The nearest bus stop, Murray River Drive before Tatham Road, is approximately a 5-minute walk from the property. It is served by regional bus routes 600, 604, and 605, providing connections to Mandurah and Pinjarra.
• Mandurah Station is around a 20-minute drive away and offers regular train services to Perth via the Mandurah Line.
• Perth Airport is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.
Ride-share services such as Uber may be available, although availability can be limited in South Yunderup, especially during late evenings. If you require transport at specific times, we recommend booking a taxi or transfer service in advance.
The property also provides easy access to:
• Mandurah Foreshore – approximately 15–20 minutes by car
• Pinjarra – approximately 10–15 minutes by car
• Forrest Highway, making it convenient for day trips to Bunbury, Margaret River, or Perth.
This is a waterfront home in a natural outdoor environment, so you may occasionally see local wildlife and insects — this is part of the relaxed canal-side setting.
The home is located in a peaceful residential area, so parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted.
For safety and property protection, the exterior of the home may be monitored by security cameras and/or a noise monitoring device. There are no devices inside the home.
Pet-friendly
- Pets are permitted only with the Manager's prior written approval. Dogs are generally accepted at designated pet-friendly properties, subject to the applicable pet fee and these House Rules. Cats and any other animals require specific written approval before arrival and may be declined at the Manager's discretion. Approval of one type of pet does not constitute approval of any other animal. $150 per pet per stay.
- Guests travelling with pets must ensure that pets remain off beds and upholstered furniture, are appropriately supervised, and do not cause damage to the property. Cats must use a suitable litter tray at all times. Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or damage caused by their pets.
Security Hold / Damage Protection
- The security deposit or security hold is not a limit of the Guest's liability. Guests remain fully responsible for the full cost of repairing or replacing any damage, specialist cleaning, odour remediation, pest treatment, replacement of furnishings, loss of income or any other losses arising from their stay, regardless of whether those costs exceed the amount of the security deposit.
- Security deposits are determined according to the nature and duration of the booking. Extended stays, insurance accommodation and other higher-risk bookings may require a higher security deposit to reflect the increased occupancy period and potential impact on the property. The required security deposit will be advised before arrival.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability. A cleaner fee of $50 per hour applies.
